Corporate/Team Building Days

Stable Minds provide corporate/team building days with a difference! They involve carrying out a range of activities with the therapeutic herd in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. Their aim is to enable participants to explore team dynamics, build confidence, improve communication, and support collaborative working.

The activities support teams to:

  • Build confidence: Participants gain confidence and self-esteem.
  • Work together: Participants learn to work together as a team to overcome obstacles.
  • Identify strengths, challenges and goals: Participants learn about each other’s strengths, values, and attributes, and identify areas holding the team back.
  • Practice self-awareness: Participants learn to be empathetic, and more self and somatically aware.
  • Improve communication: Participants attend to their non-verbal and intuitive communication.
  • Prevent burnout: Participants can relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves and others.
  • Have fun!

Fees

£250 per person
